SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Most domestic orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once the order has been shipped, the customer(s) will be notified via email or text, as per the details shared by them.

We offer Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders, pan India. Get in touch with us for Express Delivery, where an additional cost may be applicable if the Shipping Cost exceeds the base minimum. We accept COD on all domestic orders, with a flat shipping rate at INR 250. A confirmation will be secured for all COD orders, over telephonic conversation / WhatsApp. All COD orders will be processed after the customer confirms the order, shipping details.

Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In a few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will reach out to you. 

Please provide the complete address with pin code to avoid loss or return of goods. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as and not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and transport strikes which may delay the shipping process. Should such an event occur we shall inform you of the delay in a timely manner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international deliveries are applicable on Prepaid Orders & Additional shipping rates.  

We have standard shipping mentioned on our website for international orders, if you want to personally discuss about the shipping with our team, Please get in touch with us via What'sApp at +91 9068606466 to confirm sizes/styles, and we shall confirm shipping rates as per Zip Code and Order quantity. 

Shipping lead time will be depending on the shipping partner. Should there be any delays, our team will inform regarding the same in advance. All customs & duties are handled by the customer(s) and regional offices. SHIBUI shall not be responsible for any additional customs/duties or taxes. Once placed, all orders are treated as final sales. No returns or exchanges are applicable on International orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our garments are dyed, printed and produced in Small Batches as per requirement from time to time. This is done to avoid over production and wastage of raw materials as well as the efforts of our production team. All item(s) go through a stringent quality check at the workshop, followed by another check before dispatching your orders. However, we understand there can be a human error made at our end, and we apologize in advance for the same! Hoping you will give us another chance.

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size (one size up-down). We do not do refunds on any product. If you have any inquiries about size, fabric or fit, you can, email our customer care at connect@officialshibui.com

Discounted products will not be exchanged/returned and no additional discount code can be applied on already discounted products.

We will generate pick up from our end, Please note the return shipment cost will be borne by the customer which will be let you know by our team. We will not take exchanges any later than 2 days after delivering the product.

Please note by purchasing from Shibui, you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

Please ensure that the exchanged merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be exchanged, including the tags. Shibui’s team holds the right to not accept exchanges in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Exchange?

To exchange an item, the customer must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery, and write to us at connect@officialshibui.com . Alternatively, the customer may Whatsapp us at +91  9068606466 or DM us on Instagram/Facebook. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 days from receiving. The customer will have to bear the return shipping cost and send the product back to our office.
