Shipping Within India

Most domestic orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once your order has shipped, you'll be notified by email or text using the details provided at checkout.

Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders, pan-India.
Express delivery is available on request — contact us for availability; additional charges may apply if the express cost exceeds our base shipping rate.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted on all domestic orders. All COD orders require confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and your location; remote areas may take longer, and we'll notify you if this applies to your order. Please provide a complete address with the correct PIN code to avoid delays or lost shipments. Unforeseen events (natural disasters, political disruptions, transport strikes, etc.) may also delay delivery — we'll keep you informed if this happens.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only and carry additional shipping charges based on destination and order size.

Shipping typically takes 10–12 working days to dispatch, depending on order volume and the courier partner's timeline.
Free international shipping applies to orders above ₹30,000.
All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shibui is not liable for delays or charges once an order has left our facility.
All international orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at connect@officialshibui.com within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Our garments are dyed, printed, and produced in small batches to minimize waste and support responsible production. Every piece passes through quality checks at the workshop and again before dispatch — but we're human, and if something slips through, we'll make it right.

Our Policy

We offer size exchanges only (one size up or down). We do not offer refunds on any product.
Sale and discounted items are final sale — these are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, and no additional discount code can be applied on top of an already discounted or sale-priced item.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery, and the item shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Our team will confirm the exact cost when arranging pickup.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Shibui reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item shows signs of use or damage.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at connect@officialshibui.com, WhatsApp at +91 9068606466, or DM us on Instagram/Facebook.
Ship the item back to us within 5 days of receiving it, in its original, unused condition with tags intact.
Our team will confirm pickup details and any applicable return shipping cost.
