Do you have any shipping charges in India?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, and our International shipping is free on orders above INR 30,000.

Returns/Exchanges

We at Shibui, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, in case our customer is not happy with a certain product, we are more than happy to exchange it for a new piece.

Do I need to inform you about an exchange?

Yes, In case of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 3 days of delivery.

Within how many days a product can be exchanged?

We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in the case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.

 

Additional Information

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit our Contact Us page available on the website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

 

Price and Payment:

All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to your account or to the original method of payment.

Color:

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. All the products are made to order based on the color specification selected by the user. Once the color and design pattern is selected the same cannot be changed or altered.

Packaging:

Unless otherwise provided, we will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. Our packaging is completely biodegradable, And as a sustainable clothing brand, we do not promote the consumption and usage of plastic.
