Shipping & Delivery

Do you charge for shipping within India?
No, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping is free on orders above ₹30,000.
For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Are there any delays due to COVID-19?
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to ongoing COVID-19 protocols in certain regions. Shipping options and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Do I need to inform you before requesting an exchange?
Yes, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Within how many days can I exchange an item?
Only Size exchanges must be requested and processed within 3 days from your initial request.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that are damaged or received outside the given time frame.

Payments & Transactions

My transaction failed but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please head to our Contact Us page and share your transaction details. If your payment hasn’t reached us, the deducted amount will automatically be refunded to your account.

Are your prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All prices shown are inclusive of GST, where applicable.

What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?
In the rare event that we are unable to ship an item, the value of the unshipped item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method in 30 days.

Product Details & Packaging

Will the product color be exactly as shown online?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
All pieces are made to order based on your selected color and pattern. Once confirmed, color and design choices cannot be changed.

How do you package your products?
We use biodegradable, plastic-free packaging in line with our commitment to sustainability. Each piece is wrapped with care using our minimal, eco-conscious materials.
