As a sustainable and slow fashion brand, our products on www.officialshibui.com are generally made to order and the process of production is initiated only on the availability of the product and only after the order is placed and accepted. 

We have a common size chart for all our garments that is a general guide to compare various sizes and scales. The measurements mentioned are not dimensions of any of our garments. For exact measurements or assistance please write to us.

Any products that go out of stock will be updated on the website.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week and the customer will receive it within 15 days from ordering. International shipping time may differ according to the location. In case the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, they can reach out to us on reach@officialshibui.com, we can try and will have to be notified 2 days in advance.

International Shipping:

We are starting our International orders to almost all major countries. All the international payments are accepted via Paypal. Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. There are no returns or exchanges on international orders. The fixed amount of USD 40-60 will be charged based on the country.


Shipping Policy:

Our Production, packaging and shipping are completely based out of India. It is our endeavor to produce and ship the order within 7-10 working days of the completion of purchase formalities.

Please provide the complete address with pin code to avoid loss or return of goods.

However, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as and not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and transport strikes which may delay the shipping process. Should such an event occur we shall inform you of the delay in a timely manner.

Exchange & Return Policy:

We at Shibui, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In case our customer is not happy with a certain product, we are more than happy to exchange it for a new piece. 

  • In case of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 2 days of delivery.
  • We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
  • The cost of any exchange/alterations, if any have to be borne by the customer.
  • The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact.
  • Once these conditions are met, the exchange will be processed within a week.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of the same product in the desired size.
  • Exchange will entirely depend on the availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.
  • Bespoke or customized orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as requested.
  • We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders.
  • Shibui holds all rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.
